We have a genuine interest in the creation and development of innovative services that bring shared value to customers and businesses. Over the last 3 years, we have been developing and testing different reverse marketing concepts to understand how the theory and practice might merge or diverge and now have a range of different findings.

As is always the case, nothing is what it seems! For example, although some businesses e.g. Virgin’s Sugar Mama claim to be creating real value from pay per view models, many mechanics that pay consumers to do things are rejected. It’s all a case of ensuring that the right trade is being made between the right set of consumers and businesses for the right set of services. No rocket science there then! But actually quite hard to do in practice…
